Platform420 is a business in the retail industry that sells various merchandise, art and gourmet foodstuffs.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 day and delivery confirmed by way of order number. Courier services will operate in South Africa only. Orders must be placed before 12:00 to make use of the overnight delivery.
Delivery charge: R150 flat rate for all orders below R1500. FREE shipping for all orders over R1500.
Main Centres (Usually where there’s an airport) which qualify for 1 – 3 day shipping:

-Polokwane
-Nelspruit
-Durban
-Cape Town
-Port Elizabeth
-East London
-George
-Bloemfontein
Regional Areas: Usually about 50km outside a main centre. Which qualifies as 2 – 5 day service delivery.
Outlying/Remote Areas: Further out of range than a regional area. Most outlying areas have specific days for servicing.
- No orders will be shipped out or delivered on weekends and public holidays.

The offering on this website is available to South African clients living in South Africa only.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Platform420 is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Platform420 will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee.
The client must inform Platform420 of any defective products within 24 hours of receipt via Whatsapp or email.
If you’re not happy with the product, let us know within 30 days and we’ll exchange or refund the product.
No exchanges or refunds on used products. 20% handling fee will be charged for exchanges or refunds of opened products.
Shipping fees are non refundable. Any shipping for returns other than defective goods will be for the client’s account.
Customer privacy policy
Platform420 shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via direct bank transfer.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Platform420 takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Platform420 chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 579 33rd Ave, Villieria, Pretoria, 0186.
Variation
Platform420 may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
